About Us

The Reedy Creek Middle School PTA consists of parents, teachers, members of the school’s administrative staff, and parents whose children attend Reedy Creek Middle School.

The Reedy Creek Middle School PTA is led by an executive board comprised of parents, teachers, members of the school’s administrative staff, and parents who agree to serve in leadership positions or on a committee for a 1 year term.

The executive board meets the first Wednesday of each month school is in session. During the meeting, board members discuss PTA programs, get an update of school activities and programs from Principal Lawrence Jackson, hear from our teacher liaison, and receive committee reports.

A PTA General Meeting is held at the school quarterly and often coincides with other school activities such as band concerts and parent information nights.

Every parent is encouraged to get involved in the PTA and offer to serve on their PTA’s Executive Board or a committee. In today’s world where people find it difficult to find time to serve, you are needed more than ever.
